The next in our series of irreplicable hodge-podge country beers. She’s quite the playful little charm pup, this one. The components that comprise this special one-off blend will have to remain a mystery to us all, as we neglected to record them this time around

500 mL bottle. Slightly hazy golden. Smells of strong yeast. A little bit of wine barrel, both white and red notes. Tastes of wheat grain, hefty basement yeast funk, grainy back end. Lingering white wine flavor and yeast. Light body. Very aggressive yeast, which is a little detracting.

Lightly cloudy dark gold, with two fingers of pure white foam. A cap carries for the ride.
Full aroma featuring honey, lemon, sourdough, chamomile, apple, and overripe peach. As it warms very light notes of unidentifiable spiciness come into the mix.
Med./full taste. Very faithful rendition of flavors in the aroma, with oak flavor added. Very nice richness and contrast to this impeccable balance of flavors. This is called a blend, but the flavors are individual and bright, appear at various points of the sip, and in changing proportion as the beer warms. Complex and delicious. End of sip is a lightly spicy bitter
Soft on palate, easy drinking and refreshing, med. viscosity for style, spritzy carb., and killer clean finish.
Another drinkable-art creation from the master.

Pours a clouded amber color with a smaller, solid white head.
Smells of lemon zest, dried apples and fresh squeezed oranges. This also devolops a slightly moldy, herbal and rustic funkiness.
Has a refreshing yet creamy mouthfeel with a mineralic effervescence and a creamy softness to it. Drinks very easy due to its light body, while producing a softening feel, coating the tongue.
Tastes of an immediate citraic bitterness, together with soft wheat and a funkiness, relying on blue cheese and dried mushrooms. Develps a recognizable, effervescent carbonation then with old bread crust and wet corn. Finishes aqueous and soft with a nice, fruity funkiness, including more oranges and lime zest, while the beer maintains its light, rustic foundation.
Light and rustic saison/sour with a refreshing fruitiness to it.

This one pours a golden and slightly hazy orange color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells quite lemony and floral, with pear and stone fruit, grassiness, and a bit of an herbal funk.
This isn't quite the all time banger that Blend 1 or 2 were, but it's still a special beer nonetheless. It's got a killer herbal and floral character - maybe Call to the Mind snuck into this blend? There's some great creamy peach type flavor, with funky pear and lemon, even a little bit of light perfume.
This is lighter bodied, and crisp and so clean, with a really nice drinkability.
This series basically can't fail. It's not quite perfect, like Blend 1 and 2, but it was still massively enjoyable.
