Domain 5 is a blend of two mature botanical country beers (Call to Mind and Settle Down) married with two darker/maltier country beers (General store and Lo and Behold). The botanical-meets-malt vibe is kind of a mind fuck (in a good way!). Notes of lemon ice, dried sour cherry/cranberry, fresh sweet golden cherry, peanut brittle, toasted almond, twizzler, citrus punch, fruity/tangy dark chocolate, pomegranate molasses, nutmeg.

A: Colored like a märzen. Rich amber-gold and a lofty white head.
S: Concord grape granita, white lightning lemonade, minutemaid frozen snacks from the middle school cafeteria. Sugar beet and toffee sweetness hides the funk.
M: Carb is medium and present. Body is med-full, lush and jovially coy; but, light feel like a slushie.
T: Spiced cranberry-walnut bread, pepitas brittle. Good trail mix consisting of cherries, chocolate chips, and apricot. This beer is everything I want in a summertime treat. Just perfectly complex with refreshing flavors.

This beer is as good as it gets. Head and foam are amazing as is aroma. Tastes of cherries as well as a farm funk which creates an absolutely delightful beer.

Pours an amber-red color with a thin white head that left, spotty lacing. Smells of lemon, cranberry, sour cherries, apricot, white wine and a bit of funk. Tastes of candied lemon, sour cherries, cranberry, apricot, white wine, toffee, rye bread, a hint of chocolate and a bit of funk. Possibly the most complex beer I have ever tasted. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, creamy mouth feel.

Hand-labeled bottle purchased and drank at Suarez Family Brewery in Livingston, NY.
This one pours a beautiful amber-reddish color, with a huge fluffy white head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like zesty lemon candy, rye bread, cranberry, dried cherry, toffee, apricot, white wine, and oak/almond like aromas.
This is unbelievably complex and delicious. The threads of General Store and Lo and Behold come through strongly here, with the malt complexity and dried dark fruit flavors coming through and dominating the proceedings. The lemony floral character of Call to Mind is also very present here. There's a touch of wine barrel, and a toffee and bready malt backbone.
This is medium bodied and really creamy and rich - it's an elegant feel to it for sure. It's quite drinkable.
Each listing in this series has been unique and well-differentiated from the last. This is an exceptional beer for sure.
