16oz. capped bottle into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter. Shared with schen9303.
Beer has good clarity. Decent head. Solid retention. Nose is coriander, rose hips, lemon grass, and peppercorn. Spritzy, lively, aggressive, and tickling. Beer opens lightly tart. I get citrus and lemon up front. Peppercorn, spice, and a lightly tart yeastiness in the middle. Notes of oak, more lemongrass and poppy seed tartness at the finish. Zesty but pretty clean aftertaste. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down aggressive, crisp, and clean. Super drinkable.
Another delightful beer by these guys. This is just a fantastically made Saison.

This one pours a golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like lightly cakey sweetness, citurs, juniper, berry, and white wine.
This is honestly excellent. It doesn't necessarily taste like sweet potato, but I have to imagine all those extra sugars in there helpedthe fermentation process spit out some cool flavors. There is a nice bready sweetness here, with some berry and juniper notes, along with a nice creamy citrusy character. I also get some vanilla, oak, and white wine.
This is light bodied, clean, with a pleasant and soft acidity to it.
This is one of the most interesting, and easily one of the best Suarez beers I've had in a while now.
