A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemongrass are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the lemongrass flavors are a bit subdued compared to the smell.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This witbier is very easy to drink, but unfortunately the lemongrass flavors aren't as strong in the taste compared to the smell.
