I tried this beer at the Agave Lounge in the El Dorado hotel located in the old part of Santa fe. It poured a nearly opaque dark...had some red hue on the sides. There was no head and no lace. The scent had hints of earth. The taste was nicely balanced and easy with peat and espresso presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with subtle carbonation. Overall it was ok.
