Pint glass pour at the taproom. Served chilled as a nitro pour.
Black colored body. Tight bubble, light brown colored head, which settles back to a thin cap. Leaves behind a few small lacing spots.
Aroma of roasted chocolate malts.
Taste is chocolate malts, with a roast, toasty theme. Slight presence of herbal/floral hops. Cocoa continues in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Creamy and smooth, but with a slight roasted bite. Good carbonation.
Slightly sweet porter with a smooth higher ABV%.
