Picked up in Ontario, no can date
Pours a light fizzy bubbly head with medium retention, lower lacing, hazy medium gold color
Nose has some malt, grainy doughy, light earthy hop notes with a faint citrus, but also a little cooked vegetable, some mineral notes
Taste starts with slight earthy grassy fair citrusy hops, a touch of grapefruit and orange zest, getting grassy floral like as well, light grainy malt, a bit more cooked vegetable and over mashed or over sparged characters, possibly autolysis rotten egg notes, but hard to tell, medium bitterness, turning to a spicy medium-high hop bitterness on the finish
Mouth is med bod, med carb
Overall not too bad but some flaws, seems like it was over sparged or over crushed grain, possibly old grain, getting a little cooked vegetable notes, and stale malt, but hop bitterness and taste profile is pretty good

Looks pretty darn good. Hazy gold, beautiful lace all the way. Nose is fruity hops, soft grapefruit. soft drinking, subdued grapefruit hops. Slightly watery. An uneven effort, but drinkable.
