Pours up a moderate head, but pretty quickly just devolves to an unadorned liquid. Slightly hazy honey gold. Spicy banana/orange-cloves on the nose typical for the style, but not quite as rich as most Europeans and some good quality North Americans. Appetizing though. Slightly sharp from carbonation. Yeast and wheat to taste, cloves. Good, but still lacking that extra edge. Drinkable.
