Draft at the brewery
Big creamy head with moderate retention, great lacing, mostly clear pale color
Nose doughy wheat with big fruity esters, banana, little citrus, some phenols with clove, coriander, vanilla, but as it warms I start to get a touch of dirty water thing, not sure if from the beer or glass
Taste brings big creamy wheat and doughy, light vanilla, into citrus and banana esters, little clove phenol spice, soft, touch peppery, light bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft creamy, good creamy medium higher carb
Overall not bad, nothing special but solid

Parkdale Beer Fest Beer 4. Thanks Christine! Review from notes. Purchased from the brewery. Listed at 20 IBU's.
Appearance - Not too hazy, pale golden color with modest head. More kristalweizen than hefeweizen but the difference is small.
Smell - Holy smokes- there is banana bread in here!
Taste - Banana, bread and lots of grain. Flavor fades out pretty quick. A little coriander in the background and possible some clove.
Mouthfeel - Smooth and creamy, appropriately bodied.
Overalls -A serviceable hefe, but lacking a little on flavor especially after such a robust and distinguished nose.
