12oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a pale straw color with some haze going on along with some bubbles racing upwards; big fluffy eggshell white head that stays leaving great thick retention and sticky lacing. The aromas are very nice. There's a hop presence with this one. Nice amount of citrus. Grapefruit is there. Some damp grass. Malts and yeasts are balanced and do their thing. The tropical characteristics aren't too noticeable in the aroma department, but they come through in the flavor department. It's tart, but not over the top. Slightly sweet due to the passion fruit, mango and kiwi, which is noticeable without completely dominating. The kiwi is noticeable in the finish. Finishes juicy and slightly dry at the same time. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is great. It's light with sharp active carbonation. It's fluffy and smooth.

This is a unique witbier. The hops and tropical fruit makes this one different. It has an odd aftertaste, in my opinion, but it's still ultimately enjoyable. It's refreshing and fitting for the warmer weather. The craftsmanship is on point.
