This one pours a slightly hazy and golden yellow color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like vanilla, peach, citrus, oak, slight diacetyl, pineapple, spice, and white wine.
This has a slightly buttery taste, but it doesn't ruin it too much for me. It's got a nice mild tartness, tons of fruit flavor - peach and pineapple mainly - with a soft buttery chardonnay type white wine flavor, and a touch of spicy oak.
This is creamy and rich, with a lower level of carbonation, and a decent enough level of drinkability.
I wasn't sure what to expect from this one - I definitely enjoyed it, even with the slight off flavor.

Aged a bit from September 2018. Pours a light orange with a fluffy head that dissipated at a fair rate. Aroma of sour yeast acidity & tastes of sour wild yeast, a sweet & sour acidic taste, tinge of pineapple, peppery spice, a touch of earthiness, grainy Saison, and a tart lambic esque finish. Although there are alot of sour components, the sourness is mild & well balanced as to not overtake the Saison flavors. Well done
