Slight fizzy bone white colored head quickly fades away... The color is a slightly hazy honey gold... The nose is truly intoxicating... Sweet gold raisins... Slightly musky... Some faint oaky notes... Complex palate... At first it seems like a textbook saison, but each subsequent sip and the more it let it linger brings out different complexities... Mouthfeel is medium bodied and very effervescent... Overall a solid beer... The aroma is the stellar with all other components being pretty good...

On tap at Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY.
This one pours a light and slightly hazy orange color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells great, with peach and candied lemon, oak, white wine, Brett, and slightly sweet malt.
This is a lot more than I figured Ommegang was capable of, honestly. There's a lot of little wild yeasty twists and turns here, with peach and lemon standing out, some floral funk, a hint of oak, a good amount of white wine, some chalkiness, and lots of funky Brett character. This is excellent and quite complex.
This is light bodied, crisp and clean, with a soft level of carbonation, and a high level of drinkability.
This was highly impressive.
