750 split two ways with two very different perspectives - one positive the other indifferent (this review reflects mine - the latter).
Pours raspberry-red out of the bottle with a lightning quick head that disappears. Looks like straight juice in a glass.
Nice powerful aroma of raspberry, strawberry and green-apple-tartness. Hint of lemon. I also get a little funk which I did not expect.
Taste hits me with an odd combination of raspberry purée, lemony tartness, strawberry yogurt and that damn funk which leaves me with an impression of a musty slurpee.
Drinks clean and light on the palate. It’s very light - not jammy or sweet or tart. Not my style.

12oz pour on tap at the brewery. Served in a tulip glass. Pours a beautiful bright rose red body, one finger thick white head, lots of retention, good lacing all over the place. Smells of rich raspberry puree, seedy jam and a light lemony acetic tartness. Light grain. Not a lot behind it but it smells moderately jammy. Flavour is on the lighter side, fair bit of raspberry, light lemon, mild acetic tartness, light graininess. It's a berliner weisse first and foremost rather than an AWA, so it fits. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied, refreshing, great carbonation with a mildly acetic finish.
