Picked up at the source, 16 oz. can.
The pour is hazed IPA, but looks like a watered down mixed drink from above. No head at all. The nose is an odd combo of salt & citrus.
Salty Dog is middle of the road – not roadkill, but like a moderate Republican (if those still existed). The salt is restrained but present, ditto the coriander & what I assume to be a bit of abrasive grapefruit rind. Slightly sour in the sack. Could be a session sour – not very corrosive & easy to drink.
Really unremarkable & inoffensive. Pretty good.
