A Czech pale lager utilizing 100% floor-malted Pilsen. Given a deft treatment with Czech Saaz hops. Thoughtfully rested for 7 weeks in a cold slumber.

Aroma is spicy Czech hops and beery/slightly husky malts. The flavor is slight fruit and a long and spicy Czech hop/big beery/grainy/husky malt finish.

4-pack of cans from John’s poured into stein. Love that they distributed here. Massive head. Clear lager color. I get the grassiness. Easy.

poured from a 16oz can into a SP mini willi becher. pours straw gold with a white, soapy head. hardly any lacing at all. lemon, grass, hay on the nose and taste. not overly complex but very thirst quenching and light and enjoyable. medium-full mouthfeel with a zippy carbonation to it. nice lager.

Lightly foggy pale gold with a tall white foam head cresting the rim not unlike a slow pour pils.
Crisp and clean yet frothy midpalate with a grassy bitterness and light toast.
Yeah, that's right, I'm popping my Great Taste of the Midwest cherry--surrounded by hundreds of breweries and thousands of beers--with a Czech pale lager, and a solid one at that!
Boom.
