Sweet milk chocolate, shortbread and pecan cookies, and a prominent coconut nose on this one! Taste follows with a creamy and viscous chocolate, a nutty vanilla cake cookie, and a chewy coconut finish. This is definitely dessert/pastry and definitely delicious! As it warms, a little roasty chocolate bitterness peeks out on the backend, but this is a good thing to tamp down some of the pastry sweetness. This is all accompanied by a thick and velvety smooth mouthfeel. Yum!
