A single barrel BA Barleywine made in collaboration with Dimensional Brewing Company in Dubuque, IA. Rested in a rye whiskey barrel from Driftless Glen Distillery in Baraboo, WI for 35 months.

Blackstrap molasses, dark toffee malty, raisins and dates, and a vanilla-bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a thicc, viscous, and smooth, chocolate and caramel covered raisins, fruit cake, and an integrated bourbon barrel finish. Wow! This is well-done with a world-class mouthfeel. It is a touch low-carb, but it works with how decadent this is and how well is hides the ABV. Goes down way too quickly!
