What a great space! Definitely the coolest brewery I have ever been to. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay but were able to pick up 4 packs of Wrench (one of my all time faves) and Metric. Both not easy to find in my corner of NJ.

On Father's Day 2019, I thought it would be fun to check out Industrial Arts BC. I had had Wrench before and was interested in checking things out. The brewery is located in a repurposed industrial area of Garnerville/West Haverstraw, NY. It has oddly European look right around the brewery proper. It is located in a nice big space with a large serving area in the front on the far left and lots of seating of to the right.

The vibe is very young and full of energy; lots of young families with kids. The service is solid, but of course, the beers are the thing. I thought it was interesting that the beers seem to exist in a relatively ABV/density spectrum, regardless of style, but at all well made (even if I was not exciting about some of the lower ABV/more watery offerings). Pretzels and cheese/meat platters are available and, on a Sunday, there was a fellow making Brats across the way.

Really a fun experience and I'll be back.

This very cool brewery, hidden insight an old industrial park, marries modern style with an old world vibe. A trip to Garnersville is worthwhile to taste Wrench, Metric and Measure Twice at their freshest. However, it is disappointing that they won't fill growlers for beers available in the can. Fortunately, there's still much more to enjoy.

Visited here on 2018-12-20.

I pulled into the parking lot around 5:00 PM on a Thursday night and found a parking space easily. There was a seat at the main bar so I sat down and started conversing with my engaging bartender. It was my first time here and I asked about flights, which the don't offer; but I was welcome to a taste of the 8 beers on tap. Since it was just before Christmas, and my mission was to buy a good amount of beers to take back to PA as Christmas presents; I was glad for the opportunity to sample the offerings. The coolers were full of cans to go. All beers and their prices were easily visible on the wall. The tasting room is just part of the brewery and has an Industrial look and feel. It's on the stark side but interesting.

I spent about an hour tasting and talking to my very-knowledgeable bartender, who might have also been a brewer. He took his time to talk about the individual beers, the brewery, and the upcoming new production brewery. I bought two cases of 16oz cans and was offered help with them to the car. I also bought a couple of hats for gifts.

All-in-all it was a very enjoyable experience, which I was quite glad of since this place is a 3.5 hour drive from my house. The beers-as-Christmas-gifts were well-appreciated and of course, I retained some for myself. All are good but a special thumbs up for Wrench. I'll go back again.

Getting very well known for its various IPAs, which are very high quality. Very cool location in the old Garnerville industrial district, surrounded by historic buildings. Unfortunately the seating area is sub-par, with 2 extremely loud fans running at all times. Not a great place to hang out, unfortunately. The art on the walls is supplied by artists working in the surrounding arts center. Very friendly and knowledgable staff, so my 3.5 rating on "vibe" is really about the lack of attention to the continual noise, and the rather perfunctory attention paid to seating. If you are a fan of hoppy beers this place is a "must", if you're in the area.

Nice place stylishly located in an abounded plant with red brick surroundings and impressive smokestack. Good selection of excellent ipas, neipas, dipas, 4packs. Couple of double IPAs will increase perceptivity needed to observe contemporary art outside.

Very cool rehabilitated industrial site. Open floor plan with bar area to the left of the entrance. Large open area with a few tables. The brew house occupies the much of the back area of the building. Only 5 beers on tap and all offering that are available in distribution - I would have like a brewery only offering. Very laid back and friendly servers. Nice time.

All of the beer styles are hoppy, and well-made. I recommend the xtra pale ale, black ipa and ipa 138. An unexpected treat was the meat tile, yummy

This brewery is located in an historic industrial facility in Rockland County, New York. It's fun just visiting! The brewery itself is well-lighted and open and the bar area is pleasant. The beers served are excellent! The servers are extremely pleasant, well-knowledgeable, and happy to discuss the brewery, and the beers, with patrons. They served a nice selection of beers and a delicious cheese plate. Overall, this is a great brewery, with great beers and a wonderful setting. In fact, this place is the poster child for craft brewing!

Was able to drop in here for the first time today. Really enjoyed the place. Several of their beers on tap. The one I had while we were waiting for the crowlers to be filled (Jigsaw) was very good. BTW, first place I've been to with crowlers. Really like this format. Good job on their part going with this system. I will definitely be back for more crowlers and delicious beer.

This place is pretty stunning. Set in an old brick industrial building with a huge smokestack and surrounded by other similar buildings. The interior is tremendous, with a large brick archway over the bar. Plenty of bar and table seating. They fill 32 oz crowlers, as well as regular growlers, and offer full pours of all beers. There are also some food options (cheese plate, meat plate). The bartenders were very nice and helpful. Also, the beer is great!

Damn its great to be in the North Jersey area these days. So many excellent brewery's have opened over the last few years and more on the way. Within a hour drive I can head south and hit up Kane or Carton ( Carton add 10-15 minutes ) or head north and hit Rushing Duck along with real local stops Magnify, Crickethill and Twin Elephant. You can now add Industrial Arts to the list. Love the vibe/look - old 30's factory - they weren't kidding when they say look for the smokestack. Spotted that a mile away. My first time there - got there right at opening and it was very slow so I can speak on the service if they were busy but on this day all was good. They only offer a meat or cheese plate but you are welcome to order delivery food or bring your own. Pet friendly as well which I love. Most important, tasty brews. They don't do flights but will gladly give you a small taste. They do 10oz or pints. Nothing blew me away but every brew I tried was good and 2 were very good. They will fill your Growler and you also have the option of a 32oz Crowler. Overall a great spot and I'm sure will just get better. Cans coming soon as well - possibly as soon as a few weeks.

The "Chief's" new joint - was happy to see him join and pump up Peekskill Brewery - sad to see him move on - hope to see his beers in cans/bottles and kegs in Westchester county, NY soon.

This place lives up to its name...Industrial looking group of older buildings....looks like a movie set from the 30's to me for some reason...upon entering its light. bright and airy...fermenters in front of you as you enter with some benches, bar/tasting area to the left with a few bar stools and tables and chairs around for your comfort...good to see the friendly brewers hairy mug behind the stick!.they are selling pints and 1/2s, will fill your growler or one of their 32 oz crowler cans. Bring in your own food in and they have plans for food trucks in the future I believe...quality beers naturally...warm and friendly spot to visit and enjoy several quality options...well worth a visit

The place literally just opened, so i'll try to give a subjective review. You are walking into a the actually brewery with a corner that is dedicated to the taproom. The place is simply decorated giving it a modern classy look. The vibe is very friendly and cheerful, like a place where everyone in the neighborhood gets together after work to have a beer and shoot the breeze. The quality if the two beers I had were great. Real balanced good beer. The bartender was super friendly and engaging, she looked like she was enjoying serving beer. The selection was quite small with just four beers and from what I've heard Jeff wants to keep it that way. As of now they only offer Crowlers as beer-to-go option. They do plan on starting canning in 2-3 months, and they will fill your growler for you (if you bring one)
Overall as I mentioned a real great place to enjoy and talk beer.
