On tap from Special Brews in Lynnwood, comes a traditional hazy gold. Gives a slightly sweeter traditional aroma. Taste is very style centric: ester, slight funk, lemon. Could use a bit of pepper to it for a little bite but that's just my preference. Goes down wet and smooth. Truly a classic/traditional offering slightly on the sweeter side.

Clear light golden brew with plenty of foam in the Stella goblet. According to the brewers it's made with 100% Skagit Valley malt "fresh out of the kiln." Rich, warm and malty with just enough of the yeasty edge. Just a touch of pear and lemon.
This is quite flavorful with malt, even a taste like wheat germ. Bread and a splash of red wine. More mellow and less mineral tasting than a lot of Saisons. This is my favorite beer so far from Farmstrong and a great Saison from anyone. Poured from the 32 oz growler (8 bucks) filled at the tap room.
