This flavourful cream ale delights beer and coffee lovers alike. It's a rich, smooth brew showing fragrant notes of roasted coffee. The palate is balanced and creamy with velvety sweetness on the finish. Pair this aromatic ale with decadent desserts, like dark chocolate brownies or fresh berries and ice cream.

473 mL can from the brewery; dated Nov 10 2025 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a clear pale golden colour, producing just over an inch of soapy, foamy white head that steadily seeps away. About five minutes later, it has been worn down to a frothy collar encircling a wispy-thin cap, with a modest ring of lace adhering to the glass. Understated aroma of grainy, bready pale malts and corn chips, with hints of coffee and grassy hops.
It tastes fine, though the coffee flavour is rather faint. I'm getting grainy pale malts, with hints of bread and corn sugar underneath; the coffee rears its head by mid-sip, adding a subtle touch of java to the mix. Finishes with some coffee bitterness and roast, both lingering into a grainy aftertaste. Light in body, with assertive carbonation that lends a firm bite to this brew's smooth mouthfeel. Crisp and pretty crushable.
Final Grade: 3.54, a serviceable B grade. I've had a handful of coffee cream and/or blonde ales in recent years, but London's Organic Coffee Cream Ale doesn't really stand out amongst them. This is not a poor beer, but it is an underwhelming one: my main sticking point is that the coffee flavour is a little weak, and since that's kind of the main draw, that fact is a little disappointing. On the other hand, it's easy enough to toss back, and even a little bit of coffee flavour is enough to make this more interesting than your average cream ale. Decent brew; I might give this another shot at some point.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From the Huron Church Rd. LCBO in nearby Windsor. Canned October 6/25. My third beer from the London, Ontario brewery, and for 2025. Held up to a ridiculous standard by Gracie the cat...
