Pour is a golden yellow w/ large 1" off white foam, large bubbles, even retention, nice lacing.
Aroma of biscuit, crackers, wheat, grain, yeast, mild lemon, grass, and subtle citrus notes.
Taste is sweet malts, mild hop bite, cereal grain, and faint citrus zest.
Mouthfeel is crisp w/ medium body, low to medium carbonation and a mild grassy hop finish. Some lingering malts and hints if yeast on the back-end.
Overall, a solid traditional Kolsch; refreshing and not too sweet, balanced by a bitter hop presence. Decent.
