A cloudy apricot color with a significant head, moderate retention, and good lacing. Subtle aroma of pineapple and butterscotch. The taste is dry, bitter, sour and a bit watered down; I also detect a mild citrus flavor - but its surprising enjoyable! I'm also surprised at the 7.2% ABV - it seems much lower.

Stickman Brews "First World Problems"
on tap at the brewery on 1 April 2017
$4 / 8 oz.
Notes: Very hazy, almost cloudy, golden body beneath a bright white head of foam that holds well and leaves very nice lacing about the glass. Aroma suggests mineral/chalky saison yeast and wheaty malt. The flavor follows with some additional fruit with a drop of lemon, and grassy hops. Nicely balanced by a firm bitterness. Dry, spicy & grassy finish with just a hint of alcohol. Medium bodied with a crisp, gently bristling, fine-bubbled effervescent carbonation. Very nice "American Farmhouse" ale. Quite drinkable.
