16 ounce can poured into a tulip glass. No canning information.
L---Hazy, opaque medium golden color. Medium head had decent retention and left a cap after a couple of minutes settling. Nice lacing.
S---Bright tropical fruit. Pineapple & citrus are strong.
T---Follows the nose bright pineapple and citrus. Grapefruit.
F---Medium bodied and well carbonated. A slight bit of pucker for quenching thirst.
O---Good not great. There's literally no information about the beer on the can. It just says, "It's a Stickman, just drink it." as if that is some seal of quality. Can says Pale Ale, but it seems more like a NEIPA to me.

hazy opaque lighter yellow in color, bright white head. NE style - well rounded hop flavors, moderate bitterness. Like the name implies - not bad but nothing overly special. Standard hazy pale ale

A very opaque blond beverage in a clear pint glass rests after being poured from a tap. Nicely carbonated, but there's very little head. Glass lacing is above average, however. It's not very aromatic, as happens with oated brews. The taste is smoothly citrus-like, but not overly sweet, nor tart. The oats probably also contribute to the body, as there's not much malt to taste. The finish is dry and trends slightly bitter. A pleasant AIPA to try.

Poured from a 16oz can.
Nice bubbly head but needed to coax it up to 2-finger thickness. Good lacing left on the glass. Inviting Aroma is savory and something that you can't quite explain other than that. Tastes a little spicy and then bready in a chicken nugget kind of way- believe me when I say it's not weird and off-putting, but you can almost detect a hint of savory chicken nuggets in the background- just enough to keep you guessing and wanting to drink more, which is not hard to do with this beer. Mouthfeel is pleasantly tickly/tangy a with a smooth finish. Overall, a 'simple' pale ale that starts to remind you of the flavor profile of mcdonald's chicken nuggets back in the day when I used to eat them. It's a very interesting and nostalgic experience and one that I applaud- truly clever and drinkable all at the same time. Keep up the good work!

(16 oz can, no dating marks, no abv given; purchased single from Total Wine for $5-f'n-29, bought on recommendation... decanted into an imperial nonic)
L: egregiously cloudy, pineapple-juice-hued liquid; flaccid foam, crumbling without properly forming... overall look of pathetically under-conditioned, stuck-ferm homebrew... no foam left a few minutes in, no lace; big slug of sludge left in can
S: orange, hints of pink grapefruit and leafy green-ness, subtle background note of tobacco and joint sweat... after a min, soft scent of dough emerges... overall, vibrant intensity while being poured, murky citrus mush as it sits
T: bitter twang up front, white grapefruity with side notes of pineapple; relatively dry and pungently green and bitter aftertaste, delicate note of lemon-lime at first, later joined with oat grist... its florescent resinous hum is the only plus for me
F: yeah, it has a slight residual drag in the finish, but the pervasive stun of its bitterness seems to help cut through the perception of some of the (again) flaccidity of its body... has a pleasant soft sizzle of carbonation... really begs for a crisp cut/snap
O: this is why I seldom buy these $5+ pounders - overpriced, homogeneous slop (1673)

I am SO excited to be embarking on a brewery horizontal with these guys in support of The CANQuest (tm)! They have great word-of-mouth among the locals & I keep meaning to visit, but between COVID-19 restrictions & public trans inaccessibility, this is the best that I CAN do. 8=( I also really dig the simplistic artwork of their labels!
From the CAN: "Plain Chicken Nuggets Pale Ale"; "It's a Stickman, just drink it."
I Crack!ed open the vent & beCAN a slow, gentle C-Line Glug into the awaiting glass. I was a little taken aback by the glaring lack of clarity & beCAN wondering if this is a trademark for them. I do not mind if it is lightly filtered or not filtered at all, but if this is more of the hazy trend, then I will not be happy. Just as not every beer needs to be or is an IPA, not everything needs to be hazed, bro. It did form a finger-plus cap of dense, foamy, rocky, bone-white head with excellent retention, so there was that in its favor. Color was a deeply-hazy/lightly-cloudy Yellow-Gold (SRM = 4 - 5). Nose was oddly subdued, slightly citrusy with a grapefruit tang, but CANparatively light to so many in the style. Mouthfeel was thin-to-medium, not watery, but on the thin side of medium. The taste was vaguely citrusy and tropical, but it lacked CANviction. It was kind of a dumbed-down AIPA as opposed to being a stylistic APA and I was rather unimpressed as a result. It just did not measure up, or even come close to SNPA, which is the style's guide-on bearer. I got grapefruit and unfocused tropical fruits, but I was left feeling underwhelmed throughout. Finish was semi-dry & I was semi-impressed. YMMV.

Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a very cloudy yellow color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild, some tropical fruits. Taste is pineapple, pine, light citrus. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall it ain't bad, but it's definitely is not my father's pale ale.

Poured a very cloudy apricot color. Moderate head with low to average retention. Pleasant spicy pineapple aroma. A pine taste that is moderately bitter. Smooth feel and fairly effervescent. A very good session pale ale!

Pale yellow in color with a heavy haze. Poured with a moderate, soapy, bright white foam with medium low retention. Fruity, lemon, sharp pineapple and tropical citrus flavors (citra hops?) with notes of orange rind and malt. Medium light bodied with medium carbonation that provides a creamy smooth feel through the middle. Sharp tropical citrus flavors with a piney bitterness that tapers through the middle. Light malty notes and light sweet fruit flavors follow as the piney bitterness lingers on the edges to the end. Finished with boozy warmth, light malty and lemony notes and lingering pine bitterness. Maybe splitting hairs but with the bitterness level and balance tilted so heavily to the hippy side this drank like an IPA. Lots of citrus hop character in the nose and taste with a bitter bite, although the bitterness is pleasant without fatiguing the palate. Tasty and drinkable.
