An ale brewed like ancient times with woodruff and few hops.
L - dark gold colour with no head
S - for the smell we have biscuits and the peculiar smell of woodruff
T - A really odd and surprising taste, really hard to explain with words! But mostly you can taste the woodruff and no hop flavors.
F - low carbonation in that beer, the feel is quite smooth
O - an odd beer worth trying, not really a farmhouse ale but more of a traditional ancient French "Cervoise" brewed by a guy who its stuff when it comes to wood plants.
