Big fluffy head continues to rise as streaming bubbles push it up and up, crystal clear light pear tan color.
Nose is light hint toasted, light golden malt, hint hop bitterness.
Taste is semi sweet, light toasty almost candy malts, grainy, into phenols and mild esters, light on both but there and seems like booze will hit but doesn't, spicy chewy hops quite bitter for a kolsch. Late brings more glue like phenols, mild minerals, lingering spicy earthy hops, little sticky sweet.
Mouth is med bod, decent slightly lighter carb.
Overall decent beer but terrible for a kolsch.
