Look: slightly hazy straw, white head with somewhat large bubbles that led to slight lacing as time went on. Served in a goblet/tulip hybrid.
Smell: Musty lemon, damp bark, and wet grain
Taste: More lemony, slightly sour, light aftertaste. Overarching mild bitterness that goes with the citrus and funk from the Brett.
Feel: Super light and airy. Gentle carbonation. Smooth. Lighter mouthfeel.
Overall: Would be a great picnic beer that could replace a lemonade or could be enjoyed on a rooftop bar downtown somewhere... I think of summer, not sure why this is a cold weather release.

I'm not saying "don't try this beer", I'm just saying that I thought it was one of the worst beers I've ever had in my life. I took one sip and regretted buying it. It came with a lunch deal "Beer and a Burger" so the beer was only $1 above the cost of the burger, I believe. I had my wife try it, and she thought is was ok, so we traded beers - I got her Imperial Stout (Melanoidin) which was excellent! One of the best Imperial Stouts I've ever had.
So, there you go. In one sitting I had one of the worst beers and one of the best. Go figure.

this is a blend of saison with kombucha and a brett saison, at least according to the bartender at lucky pie. not sure how mature their brett beers can be, as they are still super new, but i do get a little funk on the nose of this thin pale lazy looking beer. it smells a little musty, good musty, with some acidic sharpness from the kombucha, and a really light but fresh wheat malt base. there isnt enough other yeast going on, and very little about this says saison to me. i think they needed to either ferment it warmer, make it bigger, or add a different pitch to get some farmhouse flavors going. its very clean and thin, too light on the palate, the kombucha stands out a little more than i would like as a result, and it ends up being more amateurish than it should be, and a big step back from their brett saison i had a few weeks back. i could see this becoming a base beer for barrel aged fruit versions, its light enough to pick up all the fruit flavor without being too much. as it stands now, the idea is a lot better than the execution, mostly due to lack of any real yeast character. i like that these guys are trying something different though, and i bet their beers get better as they grow up a little bit. some may love how delicate this is, i thought it was underwhelming...
