Olde Town Regular Kolsch

This brewery is on its way up, and they're starting to get a lot of good press. This beer was good, but I bet they have better offerings. Kolsches are hard to do just right, and they almost had it. I'd try some of their dark beers too to see how they do with those styles.

 

 

 

 

L: Very Hazy pale yellow color with a creamy white small head and nice lacing all around the glass.

A:. Bready and doughy, a little note of white wine grape, with a floral hop at the end.

T: Bready and doughy, slight note of white wine, a floral hop at the end, finishes very dry, very little sweetness.

F: Body feels slightly watery but very easy drinking and refreshing.

O: This is a fantastic and very refreshing kolsch.
