a neat sour beer brewed with pineapples and blackberries for the collab fest. its pink in color from the can but without a lot of head for the name and the wording on the crowler, which informs us to store this cold or that it will end up on the ceiling, pretty hilarious and no doubt true after drinking it! some haze here, pretty dense coloration to it, aroma both sweet and tart, sweet and savory, interesting and intense, with some sweet here like maybe there is lactose involved, but also a really clean lacto lemony pucker. pineapple and blackberry seem a little generic fruit punchy to me here, with the pineapple a little in front of the berry, and thats true in the flavor too. huge flavor intensity to this even if the fruit isnt so specific here, its juicy and sour about on par with lemonade, professional and clean though, with quite a lot of body for what it is. better carbonation than it looks like it should have, almost tastes like candy, and is supremely interesting for a front end sour, blackberry coming out more and more vibrant, natural, and jammy as it warms up. fun stuff, better in my belly than on my ceiling! this is a good one to share!
