Clear, bright yellow body; tons of slow rising carbonation; reasonably dense and soapy head. Barnyard funk aroma; stink foot. Fine fruity flavor upfront; peach and apricot; a touch of sourness; very light malt grain; decent hop bitterness creeps in near the finish. Medium body; coarse and bubbly on the palate; a bit of tartness; finishes dry.
A somewhat interesting take on an IPA. The smell is rather off-putting but the taste nobly shines through. The finish reminds me of some of the brut IPAs I've had. This was a gifted single-can, and I can't say this is a must-have revisit, but I wouldn't turn down an other one, if only for the novelty of experience it brings.
