A: The beer is very hazy yellowish red in color. It poured with a narrow collar of off white bubbles around the edge of the glass and some lacing covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with hints of cherries and apples.
T: The taste follows the smell and is a little sour with notes of cherries and hints of apples and grapes.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is an easy drinking sour. I would have expected it to more like a dessert beer but I didn't get any of the cocoa, lactose, or vanilla.

Murky amber with a white ring. Tart cherry liqueur with champagne like yeast, vanilla, and a kiss of cocoa, cherry is clear star but allows others to play along. Taste like cherry pie filling that is tart like a warhead, with cocoa entering in on the climax, has a hint of apple cider vinegar as it warms. It's fun! Feel is tart, light, and thins out as you sip. Some may call it gimmicky, but I am glad I tried it, save for a romantic dessert!
