Roasted within an inch of its life, with very fruity raw cacao nibs on the nose and palate both that overwhelm any other notes that might be more subtle. Pretty imbalanced in the flavor profile, but on the plus side, the mouthfeel is very smooth, full-bodied and enjoyable.

Poured a black body with no head and very little lace. The aroma is strong on roasted malts with hints of a dark fruit like black cherries. Charred taste as really dry, kind of burnt, get a hint of dark fruits but mostly a dark chocolate taste and then some vanilla on finish. A little boozy in the finish as well and balance isn't great but still manageable.

Released 4/15/20; drank 5/3/20 @ the Yarchvies.
Black appearance.
A violent pour yielded a small dark tan head; decent lace.
Baker's chocolate, dark roast coffee bean & vanilla notes in the nose.
Creamy, thick mouthfeel.
Dark roast coffee, dark chocolate & mild table sugar flavors; this is roasted too high heaven & not as balanced as the Ecuador version.
Good, not great.
