Appearance: Pours really, really black with a thin mocha film that fades to a ringlet; leggy, with dots of lace
Smell: Rich dark chocolate syrop, soy with a slight burnt aspect; some coffee tones, as well
Taste: Dark chocolate forward with soy and deep roast undertones; coffee flavors emerge, in the middle, but the sweet, dark chocolate lingers into the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and almost syrupy with low carbonation
Overall: A very rich Imperial Stout but a tad too sweet for me
