This is actually an Italian-style pilsner, but there's not a category for that yet. It's pretty good, and an emerging style, so you'll probably see more of these soon. Flavor-wise, it's not that different than a Czech or German one if you're not paying attention, but they dry-hop this one, so that does change the profile a little bit. I'd try more Italian-style pilsners before deciding if that style works for me, but this beer on its own was pretty good.
