I ended up tasting this with the representative
one ounce pour in a small tulip glass
lots of legs, half inch head
lots of cereal notes on the nose with hints of tropical fruit
the mouth feel is akin to that of a daiquiri, thick and soft at the same time.
Lots of tropical flavor ties into the lactose making it a nice round finish
there was a bitter dryness towards the end.
