2021 vintage; drank 3/9/22 @ the Yarchives.
Black/brown appearance.
An even pour yielded a tiny tan head which quickly dissipated; no lace.
Fudge, bourbon, oak & mild bakers chocolate notes in the nose.
Thick, sticky mouthfeel.
Bakers chocolate, bourbon heat & faint caramel flavors up front; oak & fudge notes on the finish.
Robust and flavorful. Hope to try more from this series!
