West Coast IPA with Citra and Mosaic Frozen Fresh Hops
This year we had the opportunity to experiment with a product that is brand new to the hop market, frozen fresh hops. These fresh hops are flash frozen at the time of harvest and shipped to our door below freezing so that all of the character is perfectly preserved. To really see the impact of this product and technique, we integrated frozen Citra and Mosaic fresh hops into a west coast IPA so that the complexity of fresh hop aroma can shine like never before.
