Poured from a 500mL bottle into a Pulpit Rock minisnifter. Pours a deep chestnut brown with just the slightest bit of khaki colored foam head. Rich malt and sweet barrel on the nose. Taste has caramel, toffee, light chocolate and vanilla, dark fruits and a sweet fortified wine barrel finish. Insanely good. Thick mouthfeel. This rocks.

500 ml bottle into a snifter. A 2024 release, had 7/6/24.

Pours a medium amber color, semi opaque, with a quarter inch foamy head and light foamy lacing. Aromas of caramel, malt, whiskey, port, oak, raisin, light plum. Flavors of whiskey, caramel, malt, raisin, some port, light oak, light alcohol warming. Smooth, a very good medium body, appropriately

Strong, tasty barrels, lots of caramel. The port barrels are a nice compliment. Boozy and quite good.

My second 500ML container of the night, this one in glass.

Pours a lovely shade of dark ginger, which I love when featured on the head of the opposite sex. And hell, here too. The nose surprises; booze. Little else.

Arcane Intent sounds like a great fourth level magic user spell. Primary resource: boooooze. Hits hard. The whiskey assures a 10:t4 AM wakeup tomorrow, if we’re being optimistic. Should be…I lost my train of thought. Touch of the sherry fruitiness. Not a lot of base beer; toffee, & the oak makes itself known. But that booziness. One of these bottles is sufficient to send me off to beddyland.

So many collabs are disappointments; this one delivers. Excellent beer. I will sleep well; assuming I can find my bed. It’s two levels away.

Opaque brown body with a tan ring. Smell captures musty port, sweet sherry, sweeter whiskey, barley, toasted caramel, and oak nose with a touch of grape and apricot. Taste has the barrels up front and they stay steady, with barley, vanilla, caramel, raisin, grape, slight apple and earth. Feels warm, dry, and sharp, barrel is not super deep, but all the parts of it are felt. Good but not great. The wife liked it

Sweet caramel and brown sugar malty, brown bready, dark red fruits, red wine, and a subtle brown liquor boozy nose on this one! Taste follows the nose very closely with a thin to medium-bodied, port and whiskey barrel finish. This is more port barrel influenced than whiskey barrel IMO...but that is okay because the red wine/red grape notes play well with the brown sugar and caramel vibes. This not as good as Arcane Rituals, but it is pretty close! Good!
