Don't blame me if the malt made me crazy but but if it doesn't we ain't doin' it right. Right? Brewed exclusively with Raven malt from the Czech Republic, this one has us coming back for more after every sip. Showcasing the beautiful nuances of heirloom barley with minimal processing, you can practically feel the sensual caresses of grain stalks brushing against your skin in a warm breeze. This isn't one that can be so easily pinned down, so call it whatever you want, we're just gonna call it lager.

Clear, light gold body; dense, lively, small-bubble carbonation; thick, white, sticky head, sudsy. Fine wheat-like grain aroma; straw; very sublime earthy spiciness. Nice flavor; lightly toasted grain; fairly strong hop bitterness; mineral-like. Medium bodied; smooth with a respectable residual sugar heft; hint of warmth on the backend.
Generally a nice, flavorful lager exuding a decent cracker-like taste with a fairly bold hop bitterness.
ABV: 5.8%; pouring temperature: 44.5 °F; canning info: 11/12/24
