A third brew from a micro I'd never heard of until yesterday. I like them, but this EPA may require some recipe repair before the next release. I'm not going to provide advice, but I will say that Rubia felt like Mica wanted to try making a new ale, but didn't quite get there in the first try. Nothing wrong with Rubia, just not the English PA I've come to know. If Mica was introducing some innovations in the style, then they need to work on that also.
Anyhow, Rubia went well with a blue cheese... which is a good sign off the road to authenticity.
