I tried this on tap served chilled in a goblet.
the color is dark, darker than expected with more of a deep amber shade with no head when it arrived, just bubbles around the rim. the smell is faintly medicinal with a weird vinous smell that I kind of like. The feel is slightly dry and tannic with moderate carbonation and subtle yeast phenolic element.
The taste is a mix of fruity with slight stone fruit and gentle phenolic flavors in the yeast with some almost medicinal qualities yet not really sour either. Overall I don't know what to think of this it was worth a try but did not make me want another either.
