Growler filled at the brewery a few hours ago. The growler leaked all over on the ride home, lost sour 1/4 of it and quite angry as the cap is as tight as it can be.
Pours a light fizzy head 1/2 finger fades at a med pace, light lacing, mostly clear slight haze light tan straw color.
Nose little sweet toasty malt, wheat gristy like grassy malt, little bready and little yeasty, grassy floral hops, light fruity esters, hint spice phenols.
Taste brings sweet malts but dry, little creamy wheat like, toasty little grassy gristy, toasty pilsner malt. Then hops, fair bitterness, grassy herbal hops mix auth the fruity esters and peppery spicy phenols. Sticky finish with herbal bitterness, spicy phenols lingering.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb.
Overall not bad, decent malt profile, wasn't a huge fan of the herbal hops but they played well with the phenols and esters, mostly clean.

Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured a clear golden hue with a fat one finger white head.
S - Aromas of light lemons, soft Belgian esters.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, light lemons and saison yeast. Nice faint Belgian esters compliment.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, lightly crisp.
O - Overall this beer was rather solid. Nice Belgian notes.
