Aussies and Kiwis unite in this international pale ale made with Australian Galaxy and New Zealand Nelson hops. The two come together to present a fruity bouquet of citrus, peach, passion fruit and white wine notes, giving it a “juicy” mouthfeel.

This is NE/VT-style cloudiness, more or less opaque, lookin' like a glass of grapefruit juice. Smell is quite nice, some rich grapefruit juice, sort of "saturated" smelling, a little grassy, more of that really ripe/saturated smell of the fruit aisle in the grocery store. Palate is tasty, similar to the nose, with a somewhat astringent edge to things. It actually reminded me in some ways of a scaled down Congress Street from Trillium (which uses Galaxy as the main dry hop/aroma hop) -- tasty, tropical, hoppy...but just a touch too astringent.
