LOOKS: Black and viscous. Nice tight bubbles when I rock the glass. About a finger of tan head that slowly recedes to a ring. And a pretty nice lacing down the glass.
AROMA: Alcohol/whiskey is the first thing I get. Right off the bat the smell reminds me of Lagunitas Willitized stout. Also getting dark roasted malt, dark fudge, and a hint of coffee.
TASTE: Very nice blend between the flavors of the whiskey, and the malts. The fudge comes through nicely, too. This is better than the Laggy's stout. I can feel the alcohol warming as it slides down the gullet. Very nice.
FEEL: Nice and thick with average carbonation. A bit sticky, but, drier on the finish.
OA: I wasn't that impressed with the aroma because the whiskey is way out front; no big deal, it is a barrel aged stout; but the perfect blend of the ingredients in the flavor make it deliciously smooth.

Received as an extra in a trade and shared with JLindros. 2018 vintage.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice dark black hue with a thin mocha head that fades to leave light wisps. The legs are incredible.
S - Aromas of nice rich fudgy brownies and dark chocolate. Excellent bourbon notes, nutty, rich, super intense. Alcohol hidden nicely.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with big chocolate notes, nutty fudge, juicy bourbon, bakers chocolate, oak. The only knock is the finish is rather hot.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, little creamy, alcohol hidden nicely.
O - Overall this was a very solid imperial stout. The bourbon notes are really really nice. This only complaint is it's too hot. Wish I had a can to age!

THanks to rudzud
No real head but gets a touch with lacing as it swirls, great legs, pitch black beer
Nose nice, good cocoa and roasted malts, a little char, dark chocolate, nice barrel with a little vanilla and oak with a hint of sweet bourbon, hint biscuity cookie dough
Taste sweet chocolate cocoa, dark chocolate, a little fudgey and caramel, more cookie dough wafer and nougat notes, sweet creamy milk chocolate, mild bourbon note, with more oaky toasted oak and a little vanilla, some warming tingly alcohol late, spicy note too, sticky hot finish
Mouth is heavy bod sticky sweet hot booze, decent carb
Overall pretty nice, nose was great, taste started OK but then finished hot and sticky, otherwise nice
