Near clear pour, loose near white cap.
Malty sniff with a hint of honey.
Enjoyable Pilsner…. More malty goodness and again some honey. Also notes of vanilla and light maple.
Easy drinking and worth a try.

Pours light gold with plenty
of head, carbonation. The smell is a little lemon hop and grain. The taste, well those 35 ibu’s are doing their thing because it is a little bitter and grassy, herbal, some lemon, citrus, and fairly dry and crisp. I’m a card carrying hop head so I appreciate the effort to make a hoppy pils but there is a little harshness present and they could maybe have dialed back the bitterness a little and accentuated other aspects more to make it more balanced but it’s alright

This a pretty poor pilsner. It lacks the nutty quality of a good one and instead substitutes a bland bitterness. I was expecting much more! I won't be back.
