Description: Hazy golden with pillowy white foam. The aroma is fresh orange zest with a mild herbal and floral tone. Flavor is light orange pith with hints of green tea. Smooth and mildly bitter. Classic English malts and German Mandarina Bavaria hops were used in this limited release pale ale.

I guess they use this name as a catch all for their experimental hoppy ales. The one I had was the second runnings of their wheat wine hopped with Summit, Wakatu, and Green Magic hops at 5.4% ABV. The wheat malt combined with the hop flavors very well. Very nice drinking, hoppy but not overly bitter ale.

Came in a tulip. very cloudy orange juice looking beer, love the east coast look. Not much visible carbonation. 1 finger head. Aroma was very light, orange juice, lemon zest, fresh cut grass, lemon herb and some spicy maybe a bit of fresh ground pepper. Flavor followed suit with a zesty spring of lemon, orange citrus and some pepper and spice. Not a ton of complexity. Very low malt flavor and no noticiable crystal malt. Light bitterness that comes in a long smooth finish. Low to med low carb. Very drinkable however a bit thin and kinda muddled.

Not sure if they are attempting to mimic the East Coast style type of pale ale but it sure looked trillium-esq. the flavors and mouthfeel although good were maybe a bit underwhelming. Tried to grab a Crowler on my way out but sold out. Will def try again. Great brewery so far.

A New Zealand Pale Ale according to the brewery, whatever that is. Their very first attempt at a "Wet Hopped" beer. I have to say that I hope they do better with their second go around. A decent pale ale, but absolutely no wet/fresh hops in the nose or the taste. Lightly hopped overall. My guess is they went with some in house grown or locally grown wet hops that just weren't quite pungent enough or they just simply didn't use enough. Not bad at all, but didn't fit the wet hop bill.
