Hazy straw yellow, exhibiting flavors of banana cream pie blended with bits of clove, cardamom and bubble gum. A wonderfully crafted quaffable ale.

poured from a 750mL crowler into a tall hefeweizen glass. pours a beautiful, lemony shandy ,hazy gold with three to four fingers of fluffy white foam. banana, banana bread, clove, Belgian esters all on the nose. taste is similar with a very banana and clove aftertaste. it’s super drinkable and refreshing on this warm, late summer afternoon. it’s got a full mouthfeel with a dry, wheat finish. very satisfying and well done Hefeweizen.
