Bright peachy pink similar to rose` wine. Bright smell of lemon acidity, coupled with cool berry and floral notes pop from this mildly sour ale. Upfront citrus tang with light berry tones are a few of the refreshing and unique flavors in this partially spontaneously fermented ale.

Poured on nitro at the brewery. I thought it said cherry not hibiscus but either way...
A: Pink color, hazy with a generous creamy head
S: Not a ton going on. Some generic malt/cream/fruit but nothing specific
T: Matches the nose- everything is fairly light/generic. If I try I can get some salt, some sour and some fruit (be it cherry or hibiscus) but it doesn't really fit the salty or sweet tang that grabs your attention I expect from a gose
M: Smooth from the nitro, light-bodied overall
O: This might be a good intro to the gose style or a good crossover beer for macro lovers but after exclaiming my love of their wild sour to the bartender he asked if I had this and when I said yes he said it was mellow in comparison
