A: Hazy light orange with a 1/2-finger white head
S: Sour apricot, sour plum, a bit of herbs
T: Matches the nose. Sour apricot & plum, herbs, a bit of yeast funk and light wheat/malt
M: VERY sour. Mouthwatering acidity, light-bodied overall
O: This may be a bit sour for some but I love it; all the fruit & sage is local
