I normally do not like sours, but the description piqued my curiosity. It exceeded my expectations - opens sour, then it mellows out into a wheat/spelt finish. Also taste some light saltiness, perfect balance. Delicious!

Preserved Lemon Gose pours a yellow color, with not much head. Big aroma, lots of lemon and salt, sour notes; exactly what you want and expect from a gose. Flavor is big, lots of lemon with a salty and sour bite. Great body, not overpowering or too sour to enjoy. Overall, big fruit, nice sour notes that isn't overpowering.

This beer pours a nice golden color. White head when poured. Nice arch lacing on the glass. The nose, when I first smelled it, I said "woah". It is hard to describe. So many juxtapositions. It is light, intense, earthy, fruity - lemon. The taste is, well, lemon up front. Some tartness to it.
Actually quite full bodied for the low ABV.
Overall, an amazing beer. Delicious, refreshing, just plain good.
