Twisted Branch is our base Berliner Weisse, a German-style sour brewed with wheat and soured with our house culture of Lactobacillus. This iteration was conditioned on over 300 pounds of fresh strawberries from Lorence's Berry Farm in Northfield, MN. Light bodied, refreshing, and maybe a little magical.
